Connor Tollison
Missouri
Scouting Report

Mobile zone-scheme center with 40+ career SEC starts and the footwork to execute reach blocks and climb to the second level as well as any pivot in this class. Tollison's lateral agility and spatial awareness in pass protection make him a scheme-specific weapon in Shanahan-tree outside zone systems, but his undersized frame (6-4, 290), short arms, and lack of functional anchor leave him exposed against NFL-caliber bull rushers. His hand usage is still developmental — blocks get swiped, framing is inconsistent, and he struggles to sustain engagement against power. This is a practice-squad-to-backup center projection whose path to a roster is narrow: a zone-heavy team that values movement skills over play strength, willing to invest in a developmental year at the bottom of the roster.

Pro ComparisonEthan Pocic

Similar profile as a mobile, undersized center who wins with footwork, intelligence, and leverage in zone-blocking systems but lacks the power and anchor to hold up in phone-booth situations. Pocic carved out a long career as a backup/spot-starter in zone-heavy schemes.
